These Terms & Conditions govern your use of claimssdibenefits.com and any services offered through it (the "Site"), operated by Claim SSDI Benefits ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are and what we are not
Claim SSDI Benefits is a private company that connects individuals with advocates, representatives, and service providers who assist with Social Security Disability applications and appeals. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Social Security Administration or any government agency. You may apply for benefits directly and at no cost at ssa.gov.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Site. By submitting the form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that it relates to you, and that you are authorized to provide it.
3. No professional relationship
Submitting a form, receiving a call, or reading content on the Site does not create an attorney client relationship, a representative relationship, or any fiduciary duty. Any such relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement with a provider you choose.
4. Consent to be contacted
When you check the consent box and submit the form, you give express written consent for us and our marketing partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and SMS text messages. This consent applies even if the number is on a state or federal do not call registry.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of choices available to you.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information, submitting another person's information without authorization, or using the Site to send automated or fraudulent submissions is prohibited and may result in removal of access.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
- Do not scrape, harvest, or copy content or data using automated tools
- Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site
- Do not upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt other users
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by Claim SSDI Benefits or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
8. Third party services and links
The Site may reference or link to third party sites and services we do not control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, practices, pricing, or the outcome of any engagement you enter with them. Any dealings with a third party are solely between you and that party.
9. No guarantee of outcome
Eligibility for benefits is determined solely by the Social Security Administration under federal law. Nothing on the Site guarantees approval, a particular benefit amount, back pay, or a specific timeline. Testimonials and results described are individual experiences and are not representative of every case.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claim SSDI Benefits and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claim SSDI Benefits and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
13. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. If you do not wish to be bound by this provision, notify us in writing within 30 days of first using the Site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Claim SSDI Benefits maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
